I just checked on IRO wiki, the 2s fixed cast time for this skill is removed.

Test in sakray, 0 cast FAS is possible now.

This skill is same as JRO now I guess.

This might be the reason why FAS has a different cast time in Sakray.

 

Hello!

Renewal's Sakray server has the restart skill settings applied to the server. Please note that this is skill settings only. Some content is still configured as if it were in 16.2. To put together a character for testing create a character and head to prontera.

Not sure, but restart still using 1.5 formula right?

And it was "2s fix cast time" on wiki, now it is "2s cast time". GM do updated the information.

GM is not the one updating the wiki

the march 16 2018 update is adding this:

• Gray Wing Boots & White Wing Suit Set - Increases damage by 50% if Gray Wing Boots upgrade level is +7
  • Increases damage by an additional 25% if Gray Wing Boots upgrade level is +9 or higher

irowiki says the boots should be +9 but in-game description says its irrelevant and that its the WWS/BWS that should be +9

 

so which is it?
