Every map where worm tail is mentioned in the search has no worm tails. There are currently no maps on which they reside, and the maps in question have low level monsters like willows and roda frogs instead. Can someone investigate please?

Are you using Renewal databases to find their locations? The spawns on RE:START are not the same as you would find on a renewal server.
There is a fanmade database on irowiki which should have the correct locations of wormtails.
According to their DB wormtails can be found on Payon Forest 11. This should be 2 maps south and 1 map west from Payon, I believe.

Huh. Theres no red dot on the Vagabond wolf map to indicate that portal was there, and the map you mentioned isnt on the world map as an accessible location when mousing over it.

This is probably due to the RE:START client using the Renewal client and those maps were removed from the game. The maps in the client were not updated for RE:START to reflect them being re-added. I'll bring this up as a bug report to the staff.
