Roberto is the NPC you get arrow crafting from but he doesn't seem to be in the specified location. Is he elsewhere?

The Navi for this NPC is incorrect in RE:Start. I believe his proper location is /navi morocc 121/109 which is the pre-ruined morroc location. He should be found to the west of the south Kafra in Morroc City.

A minor update to the report:
To update the navigation system, studio intervention (kRO) would be required. Currently, there is no ETA to provide.
