its so laggy after the maintenance....... my net is ok with dead by daylight and other online games on steam, its just weird

Because overupgrade variance doesn't work for ranged weapons. Therefore taking it from +9 to say... +15 is like 2% overall damage increase.
This issue never be solved even in KRO. I checked KRO auto-warg ranger videos. Their critical dmg is always the same number even they use overupgraded bow. I wonder if it is intended. '_'
Isn't 2 heart hunter cards compounded to a +15 weapon yields 25% more damage (50% for 2 pcs) to long ranged attacks?

what I'm trying to say is that those I multiquoted wanted to just refine their guns at +9.
Making a Shotgun +10 is pointless, because the Heart Hunter Card has no effect on it.

The 4 days VIP event however is currently inactive, the event has ended as well as the weekend's exp/drop boost.

If Monday will be the last day, how come we are unable to claim the VIP today? I just tried as well and do not see the option. I see a couple post by MODs that Monday will be the last day, and it seems many other people are also wondering why we are no longer able to add VIP to our accounts.

It ended at 11AM Pacific Time on Monday. Mods were unaware of the exact hour the VIP would be removed.

I didnt get the VIP 
but... At least can I get a one use Free Eden Skill & Stats Reset for my chars in the next update?
With all the OCP items I need a free reset to rebuild my chars
