I've finished the level 86~90 turtle island quest and when I go to the sign on the second floor to turn in, it doesn't grant me anything and I still have the quests. Explanations please.

The only things that come to mind are:

 

#1. You took all quests at the same time thereby giving your character the 3hr cooldown bug. You can only turn them in after this period is over, after which your character will be hit with the real cd of 3 hours thereby making you wait an effective 6 hours before retaking the quest. This was the bug when I last player around December. I am not sure if it's fixed or still present.

#2. Your character was transferred from another sub account thereby bugging the quest flags. If this is the case then ticket it in and have the staff reset those quest flags and fix others for the same.

The server rolled back so I lost two levels anyway.
