So i played a couple of years ago and Fallen angel Wings were really sought after and use on almost every class. Is that still not the case? If i have blank Fallen Angel Wing [1] should i keep them or try to sell them for gear that is used in end game guides? Like I am building a Sorcerer and they suggest the Giant Snake skin in the guide i am looking at for end game or mid game.

the use of fallen angel wing is versatile, specially now when we have a lot of potential builds coming up. it is a good investment to say that it has been in demand for quite a while and u might have use for it in the future as well. for me, keep it

 

as for ur sorc needs, yeah stat gfss is nice if you have over 100 int and dex for a nice cast time (not insta but i guess in some cases tolerable with buffs, oh and midway through ur third job leveling maybe around 115-125 do at least get 120 dex for the fct reduc) partnered with other stat gears like a tsod, temp dex, flattery, zaha or celine rib / set which could all be beneficial end game depending on use

FAW is still useful as long as it's complete with enchants. especially EA4/3/3 or EA4/2/1

Nope. A +9 perfect enchant FAW goes for 1.8-2b.

I wouldn’t sell any of my FAW. I have around 8 FAWs and I would let it go only at 3b hahaha

Mostly what gear is optimal and where the best places to level really. But is that guide pretty good or recent?

Also how do i get an actual name and not a string of numbers as my forum name.

optimal gear in my own opinion

 

primarily: spellflow set, or any means of a phen effect and spirit king rings

 

stat gears (most likely end game due to max stats);

 

• celine ribbon
• thorn staff of destruction, stat enchanted dex or int, int would be nice for max damage, if for cast dex is enough
• giant faceworm snake skin dex enchanted at lower levels, int enchanted at higher
• temporal dex boots, runaway magic spell 5
• int / dex shadow pieces

 

variable cast reduction (early game, can choose to tolerably pass on if you maximize party play)

 

• skull cap, with kathryn keyron card at +9 and up, partnered with
• +10 thorn staff of destruction with x2 enchanted spell 4's
• fallen angel wing with spell enchants, luxury would be having the spell enchant maxed 6/6/7
• i could say if u have access to rwc pendants sure, but u might as well go for the spirit king rings
• hero magic coat is okay if the upgrade level is even
• caster pendant
• magical earring

 

would be nice to have;

 

• mob scarf x sunglasses
• celine brooch
• magician glove
• mad bunny shield, at +12 to remove need of a phen
• +15 crimson rod
• flattery robe int enchants

 

other pieces of equipment can be for defensive purposes as a minimum requirement. could be missing some stuff but it might be nice for u to ponder on these for now

 

to level as a sorc

 

solo if capable:

 

• 100-125 - nogg: diamond dust and psy wave is ur friend, or rotate all four old primary skills as an aoe if you dont have spirit king rings (psy wave, diamond dust, earth grave, varetyr spear)
• 125-150 - scaraba hall: can summon agni lvl 2 and do massive psy wave damage depending on setup. on some cases dd can help with finishing blows
• 151-175 - you can choose to do nct, not impossible

 

suggestions: if u have a linker, kaahi is good for u

 

party play:

 

• 100-150 - low ti / mid ti / high ti - just hit everything to add to enough dps, keep in mind the elements for the week if it's a strong point for your skills. you can also add in being an sp battery
• 151-175 - bio4 parties need ME sorcs

 

suggestions: feel free to solo, but a mix of party play can also help on lazy days

Yes but people didn’t buy the box literally didn’t add a significant amount to FAW supply in the market at all. The reason was because FAW sold only 1/8-2b max at +9 and perfect enchants while abyss dress easily sold at 3b or 3.5b if patient :3

Everything from cash shop costs more than it used to. Faw is cash shop exclusive item and RNG gated one too.

But, no FAW was broken on upgrade attempts. No increase on new player. Number of available FAW in-game was significantly increased. Therefore, hoarders.

Depends on what you prefer. What you want and don't. It's not always the best but mostly it is.

Etran Undershirt or slotted Cloak of Survival for Huge neutral reduction without elemental incoming damage penalty plus anti-knockback and completing survivor set combo ( Wind bender aang & earth bender toph beifong with huge MHP & MATK% boost combo with flattery robe and huge FCT reduction)

 

Faw / Ferlock Cloak if you requires Huge VCT reduction and flat matk boost

 

There are no best all around garment, all garments are situational with their pros and cons
