close your client, then run the patcher. seemed to have two patches that completes independently after the other on recent maintenance.

I've launched the patcher almost 10 times. Thanks, but not working for me...

If you were in an instance, your character could need an airlift.

Please launch your game client, on the ID/Password screen, hold and drag the black GRAVITY bar down, there will be a code underneath.

i got the same problem. disconnected while choose character selection. but when i relaunch my ro client, it didn't patch correctly and it repatch back to 2011 (maybe this is the cause i got dc-ed at char selection)
And i back up the last patch.inf from last week (got it from choobs)
Finally it repatch normally, well, can login again

I'd really suggest doing a reinstall to the game client.

See this post for technical instructions.

 

Make sure to create a back up of your current game folder before attempting the reinstall.
