Hello!

Renewal's Sakray server has the restart acid bomb skill settings applied to the server. Please note that this is skill settings only. Some content is still configured as if it were in 16.2. To put together a character for testing create a character and head to prontera.

Talk to to configure your character. You should be able to then test the skills that are queued for an update.

Acid Bomb Settings
FCT .5 Seconds
Stat Based Cast Delay: .5 Seconds
After Cast Delay: 1 Second
Skill Cool Down: .5 Seconds

Disclaimer: You will need to download and install the RO1 Client and Register an account to access.
 
Currently as covered here: https://forums.warpp...note-4-12-2018/ were working on bringing restart it's own test server. But that will take a few weeks. For now it will have to share.
 
Testing Period is from 4/20 - 4/23

Acording to camp on FoF champs and bios will get 1 full stat reset when the changes come.

And on my behalf, this changes seem balanced to me, the spam isnt absurd

You're wrong it's only 30 points which is not sufficient.

Incorrect. It is not a full reset.

Any character that undergoes a job change or transcendence quest during the same three weeks will be flagged as having received the same stat reset.

 

You will be able to move 30 points around in the same way you would be able to take 30 points out with the Silvervine resetter and place them where you wish to relocate them.

Same opinion here, a lot of ppl build there stats based on what WP posted initially on the forums, then you implemented it entirely different, and now you have to change it again and still just a limited stat reset, when it was your fault.

 

Makes absolut no sense trying to get ppl to waste SV just because and lets put the SV aside, its the time it takes.

Hello!
After installing RO1, browse to the game directory, and launch Ragnarok.exe as an admin (Renewal client), let it patch fully.

Once the patching is over, close the patcher then launch Sakray.exe. For the testing server, you would want to use Sakray.exe.

Did you allow the main Renewal client to patch 100% before attempting to patch the Sakray servers?

I had the crashing problem, downloading the newest Renewal client and patching again fixed it.

I can't use characters on sakray that were in pront on renewal (ironically only my biochem and merch)... Is this really the last day? With all the hassle to get sakray to work, it would be great to have more time.

I tried moving the characters to other cities and saving them there, but nothing changes. I really don't want to re-install all over again.

 

And will we be able to login with RE:start characters at some point?

Could you let me know if these changes are fixed or can you still be delayed by skills like Quagmire and Slow Grace?

2 days already been trying.

Over 30 characters were created for testing over the weekend by users. But if you would like to test it yourself I have turned Sakray back into the Acid Bomb Testing Mode and it will stay that way until tomorrow.

It should use the same login as renewal. If its failing try logging all the way in and out of the other renewal servers to learn a previous login log.
