if I want to invest 999diamond in level investment, can my diamond returned? when? and can I use again to wing investment?

2 Things

 

1. You don't get any diamonds back as far as I know for level investment. You receive each reward in the list for the next 10 days. Nothing is returned to you.

 

2. Don't buy the level investment. But do buy the wings and/or halo. It is wayyyyyyyyy better. It's a large cost savings and is a huge boost to your character.
