I got these items from an event years ago. Don't remember specifically which event it was.

 

The 2 items are:

Snow Flower Festival Card T

Blue S Card

 

I cannot use, sell, put in storage, drop on the ground, and trade. I also search on the internet about these cards. According to warpportal forum and irowiki, I found that there are 2 NPCs who will get rid of the items. I tried talking to gramp and nothing happened. Then I searched for another NPC called Festival Claviger (aldebaran 169, 173) in Aldebaran, which is no where to be found.

 

I want to reset my status and skill. But because of these two blue cards weigh 1 each. My character weight cannot be 0, therefore I can't reset my char.

 

Please just get rid of these 2 items.
