Items like elemental swords, wool scarf, tidal boots, and others that requires to be transcendent first. They are now obsolete, only few if none at all people uses them. Make them be useful for people starting alts again, characters without transcendent class, or just doesn't want to rebirth at all. Also for my baby classes that I do not want to 3rd job.
