Unfortunately as noted here all of Warpportal will be closing access to EU countries starting May 25th.

 

The RO1/RESTART Team is aware that with our game there are unique situations where the guild leader was responsible for the storing of God Items and Guild Leadership. To any of our EU based guild leaders we want to extend the chance to transfer God Items and Guild Leadership to any member of your guild which you trust. 

 

In order to to submit this request please submit a ticket to the GM Team and PM Xealot on forums. Xealot will be on hand to expedite any of these requests that are made so they are handled before the window of contact closes.

 

 

 Updates 

• Malang SP Can will be disabled on all maps
  • All Characters in Malangdo will be moved to Prontera 100,100
  • All characters saved or memo'd in Malangdo will be Saved/Memo'd in Prontera
• Due to recent balance changes, the following classes will have 3 weeks to receive a 30 pt stat reset:
  • Monk, Baby Monk, Champion
  • Alchemist, Baby Alchemist, Biochemist
  • Any character that undergoes a job change or transcendence quest during the same three weeks will be flagged as having received the same stat reset.

    • FCT .5 Seconds
    • Stat Based Cast Delay: .5 Seconds

What is the silvervine system?

• The silvervine system is a way for players to gain access to item mall items and unique quest items through in game play or trade with other players.

 How do I earn silvervine?

• The silvervine cats will offer a serious of tasks that can be completed for a silvervine. In V2 Silvervine can also be purchased with zeny (limitations apply).
• Silvervine Boxes can be purchased from other players that have purchased them in the item mall.

Wait what were those limitations?

• Characters will be limited to the amount of silvervine that can be earn during the month. Currently the plan is that each character can earn about 100 silvervine per month. Silvervine will be account bound so characters on accounts can pool their silvervine earnings. We will be evaluating how silvervine is earned and used to see if we need to change the system.

What can I use the silvervine for?

• Enriched/HD Ore and almost everything that is currently in the item mall.

What will you change in the future?

• Silvervine will be used to complete headgear event quests and some interesting cosmetic option quests we have planned for the future the future.

Aren't you worried about bots?

• We will be monitoring the bot situation for silvervine and adjust the system as needed to meet the needs of the server.

As were closing the books on skill changes we will be moving on to the following issues. Please keep an eye out for a thread on the subject this week or next week.

• Addressing High Weapon Boxes (Perhaps by blocking the weapons on WOE Maps.)
• Addressing OBB, OPB Contents
• Blocking duplicated items that should not exist at all on the server

After that we will be starting to plug away at

• Working on a more consistent EXP curve across the server.

Skill cooldown is so ridiculously unnecessary. No point in getting dex if there's going to be FCT+skill cooldown = 1 second.

Ummm...why is the after cast delay longer then the cooldown? In fact...why even have a delay with a CD?

the After cast delay  is affected by strings. 

 

Anyway what is the point of putting the changes in when nobody was able to test on sakray because it wasn't working right?

Over 30 characters were created for testing over the weekend by users. But if you would like to test it yourself I have turned Sakray back into the Acid Bomb Testing Mode and it will stay that way until tomorrow.

As for AD i tested and another player tested while i was doing champ tests. 

30pts seem fair considering that there's still need for cast reduction. And those fixed delays for casting and after casting look fair for solo Biochems and those with Strings support.

That's renewal mechanics for AD more damage but less spammable. If i knew how stun resistance works before i wouldn't suggest for AD to be spammable. Don't know if Camp heard me that time but now he heard our feedback we asked for semi fixed delays and no one was against it.

I now the previous attempt was too much, but am I the only one who thinks this won't change much? I'd have liked to see 1~2.5sec variable cast time...

How did this server get a malang sp can in the first place?  Please check for possible enchanted weapons from malangdo. zzz

bio3 mobs are dropping those coin bags... but as far as I know there weren't any npcs in Malangdo city

please remove eremes or nef him atleast , give us a convenient on leveling bio2 , its unfair (i dont know some people say its fair) were there is a mob that 1 hit us , its so hard to catch up the lose hard earned exp , and its hard to avoid 2 dangerous mobs including eremes and there is a MVP
