- It's been a week already since I submitted a week but I could not locate nor trace my ticket because it says that I need to verify my email. I have been sending multiple verification in my email but receive none. I've tried to change my email then re-send verification email but receive none. Anyone having the same problems?

Hello,
When sending a ticket, you should receive a confirmation in email with the ticket number, any updates to the ticket will be also sent to that email address. Make sure to double check your spam/junk folder for the email.
If there is no signs of such email then it is likely the ticket was not sent properly in the first place.
You may want to send a new ticket but do please verify that your email is correct and accessible.

I followed the instructions and send a ticket again but this time I use my email address, still I did not receive an email regarding the ticket. Do you have an email address?

What's your email provider?
Please keep in mind it is 2 steps away from sending a ticket. As you send a ticket you will be redirected to a new page with a confirmation to send it. Once you do that you will get the ticket number on screen as well as a confirmation in email.
