Added the following update to the OP

Update 5/23/2018:

Beginning Thursday May 24th at 11:00 AM PDT access to WarpPortal and all WarpPortal services will be suspended for the European Regions. For information regarding the new Terms of Service please visit our forums located here:

Astra or Camp,

Please tell us how EU players are able to transfer their costumes out from their account as the current Fashionista Event made them account bound. Ticket-ing via the normal support ticket doesn't work. Will Xealot be able to assist with this matter or are they forever doom with the account?

I believe Camp mentioned earlier today that Xealot should be able to help with this issue. Most likely you will need to submit a ticket and then give him the number. If you already have a ticket where you've attempted to have items moved you should be able to give him that number.

Just to let you know Warpportal. Blocking the access to EU region do not solve the problem of accomply with the EU private policy, since it also applies to their citizen all around the world, and its impossible to know if a player is or is not a citizen from the EU.

Here is a good text about it in the Mozilla site

IDK whats the point of geo block EU, if they are spread all around the world.

EU resident =/= EU citizen.

Still impossible to determine if an American account holder, or Asian, or whatever part of the world in the next few months/years go to EU to live, he just wont be able to access his/her info, and WP will fall into violation according EU Privacy Policy. They have to make the proper changes, i'm sure WP do not want to face some random fines causes of the negation to change its policies, coz, btw, its a big fine.

From the same Mozilla site:

It would be nice to have here our EU friends back.
