I don't have an RK yet but I am wondering if anyone knows in iRO whether clashing spiral is based on aspd without global cooldown like Bowling Bash? 

I wonder if it's possible to spam this skill for MvPing under a bragi.  HS cooldown seems pretty awful and would easily get out-DPS by a cat.

I've seen a video where it was spammed really fast with strings. I can't link it though as it is from a competitor of iRO.

There is an upcoming spear however that will enable RKs to use Hundred Spear with Exceed Break like delay which is 1 second. That might be better with an Old Rune Circlet.

Yeah, why would anyone use CS instead of HS. I guess you can CS with a Sword while HS can only be used with a Spear.

 

Don't get mislead by certain youtubers with "fake" CS builds

Do what you love and enjoy the most despite people mockery, if you love clashing spiral so much I suggest you start collecting giant lance and giant's protection first while waiting for giant boots and giant's helm arrival in iRO.

 

Giant / Gigantic set would boost clashing spiral dps to greater heights people never imagined before.

Btw , how do get the Giant lance ? It shall be drop from Randel (mvp) at bio4 , however Iro Randel seem like broke and not dropping it

and the best weapon for CS is Lindy Hop

then +15 Crimson Lance then +15 Cardo

we can easily boost HS on usable level with ORC, but that's not the case with CS

 

also CS will be minstrel dependant, not to mention upcoming EA nerf for only Long range weapon only.

 

I do use HS/IB on Bio5 atm, HS currently deal 200-> 400k damage with current geledria

afaik, established Expert Archer enchants and ranged damage % increase will stay the same. Further ranged damage increases will be for Bow class weapons only as seen already in Bio5 hat enchant.

Bellum Glaive might be better than that in PvP/WoE.
450weight lvl4 80% increase to Human, 100% CS skill damage increase.

I thought Hunting Spear is the best for CS?  Is it that much worst? I would like to wear a shield.

there is no option for you to tank,

 

Golden Rule : kill before killed.

 

as simple as it is.

 

if you use Lindy, you can cast TH quicken and Parry.

you need high aspd to reduce your animation delay when try to spam it,

and animation delay when parrying. 

 

due heavy weight and 2 slots, Lindy is the best weapon for CS.

even more better when 16.1 enchant arrived to this server, Lindy having Atk% bonus, together with EA and Boss option from AK

they will multiply together.

Gelerdria already have High damage to boss modifider, adding extra AK will waste your money since RO multiplication formula
