I went to enchant my Costume Magic Book but it gave me Costume Darkness Veil after the attempt, it doesnt matter if its successful or not. 

Give me back my Costume Magic Book... Please..

 

I already sent a ticket for this. No response yet...

As a follow up,

The NPC is now fixed, it should exchange the costume item properly.
