You know, I've sat here trying to formulate or think out, what can I put here that hasn't already been said by so many? I know I'm not directly affected by the upcoming changes, but it won't be the same even if I do decide to stay and weather it out. So I'll leave on a high personal note.

 

It's hard in a way, saying good bye. Not just to my friends and guildmates. But to all of you. Each and every single one of you who made this game what it is. Challenging, unique, tense, but most importantly fun.

But not just Re:Start, but Renewal too (even though I haven't logged in there to play since my original leave in 2010).

I'm glad to have made so many memories with all of you over the years and I wouldn't have had it any other way. Maybe we'll run into each other again somewhere, on another adventure.

Just remember that the reason you are being ousted from the community is because Gravity Interactive don't want to comply with a European law that would force them to respect your data privacy. No other reason. Their greed and desire to continue farming their customers data is what's driven this decision, nothing else.
