Balance changes since Arcadia part 1

Gonna keep it short and sweet.
Just came back from a two year hiatus, and realized that several skills that I'm aware of have been tweaked, with the first one I've noticed being smart shot turned into helix shot.
Since I've missed nearly two years of patch notes, are there any major skill changes that I should know about for any class? Thanks for your time!

PvE wasnt much touched besides the physical and magical multiplier for final physical/magic damage have been adjusted. ( all MATK classes were overtuned ) Summoners got now the same x spam mechanic like Invokers where you deal reduced damage over time damaging. I guess thats all for PvE?
For PvP - Destroyer - x spam nerf as well as other x spamm classes, Snipe nerf.
Summoner - x spam nerf, the stun from Golgon has been removed
Invoker ( mage ) - heal reduction, higher cd on slow heal ( which doesnt matter anyways ) x spamm nerf
BSQ - While flags are being held you cant use any heals or check the new patchnotes.
