im on a laptop and whenever i use the hotkeys to open the ability bars it wont let me......am i doing something wrong?
cant open action bars?

Check the bindings configurations, the default is F12.
To reach the settings, while in-game, press ESC or Options from the tools panel, go to Shortcut Configuration, Interface tab.
