that is extremely optimistic. there are less than 15 vendors in prontera with me counting literally 8 earlier today. 8 vendors, and I've seen entire cities/maps empty. I remember seeing Geffen with nothing but and NPCs and I don't think I've ever seen that in my entire time playing. 

 

I've been using restart as a test server for builds for another server I'm going to play on and its quite sad to see how far its fallen. It died pretty much overnight. 

 

There are definitely more bots than players now with some of the remaining players actually being botters themselves. Makes it even worse. there might be less than 50 genuine human players right now. not even exaggerating.
