Hi there, I need some help!

I can login till my character after that disconnected from server its my new account 

I created 2 account and both are facing the same problem, I tried to login many times but still the same. please help me on this matter.

What is your OS and type of connection (Wifi/Wired)?

The issue is most likely due to incomplete patching, if the executables are not updated you will not be able to connect to server.

Getting the same problem. After selecting character, and waiting. A disconnect message pops up.

Users with the issue please answer the question posted here. Also list your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

When we create a character and log in with it, a message "Disconeccted from Server"

How to re-patch Restart Client (fresh repatching):
Important: If you are on metered/Wifi connections or/and unable to connect to FTP servers then this proposed fix may not work for you.

1. Restart your device.
    
2. Clear Internet Explorer cache, if you don't know how please check Appendix #2 in this post.
    
3. Make sure Ragnarok ReStart.exe and Ragexe.exe are set to run as an admin all the time, if using dedicated antimalware/antivirus programs make sure the same are white-listed from the active scans.
    
4. Assuming your client is freshly installed after August 2017, download patch files pack from this link, unzip and place the content in your installation folder.
   If using normal client the default location is C:\Gravity\Ragnarok Restart.
   If on Steam, to reach default location: While being on Steam library, right click Restart game title, choose properties, then click on Local Files tab, use the Browse Local Files option to reach the folder directory. When prompted to replace existing files say YES
    
5. Download patch.inf from this link, make sure to read the instructions carefully.

I don't think this is an issue with people connection or where they are located. Its a bug of some sort... any new character created is not able to get to the spawn point of new characters.... it just says disconnected from server after the new character made is selected.  I have no problems with logging on to my other characters that ive already had. ive made two new characters (this morning) on different accounts and the problem is the same. all my other characters log on without a problem

issue may be resolved... just logged new character in

[VModCinnamon]

I have been informed by the staff the issue with newly created characters has been resolved, at least 35 minutes ago.
