Be patient in farming, might take a few years to get fully geared without any real cash

You can start here without spending money but it will takes lots of patience and effort. If you'll not spend money at all and you're starting now at this time, my suggestion is, no it is definitely not worth it. You may farm Ygg seed or Orideon and sell for 350k and 175k respectively but that doesnt really mean anything due to inflation. Prices are mainly determined by Supply and Demand. The only things that worth farming in game is MvP cards. Other loots are already saturated.

I just started playing 2 months ago from scratch, and I haven't played since around 2005 before that. It takes a while, but I just do my own thing and figure stuff out along the way. I think it is worth it, but it's probably because I get a lot of nostalgia feels from playing this game.
