This DID exist, until some update [maybe in the last 4 months?]. I had previously mapped it to a shortcut and though the option to configure the setting is missing (see below), I am able to use my custom mapping to open up RoDEX.

 

 

Edit1: "Nevigation"? With an e?

Edit2: "Clan Windo1w"? With a 1?

oh, so thats what happened, just reinstalled the game and am now missing my shortcut :'(, can someone get me the userkeys line code?

Rodex mapping should be fixed.
