Updated again with feedback, it doesn't help when everyone has an opinion :I
So GR hat now does autocast GR on Holy Cross. Then Auto Cast level 2 Tuna on GR.
This makes damage penalties non existent.
Also reduced leech chance on GX hat.

I’m very easy going and I understand there are many different biases opinions. Whatever effects come in the end, I will try to use it. If it works good. If it doesn’t, I won’t use it. Not a big deal lol
I think though only AwesomeGeek is the only last dedicate true RG player/main. Maybe he has lots of things to say about RG.
Well the RG hat with the proposed effects would be useful short term, but truly BUILD defining later.

Can you please fix the skill bugs???? There are skills like gfist or acid bomb where u cant level them with skill points or use them!!!

Reducing cooldown to any meaningful extent would increase the DPS of arrow storm tremendously. As of now, the % damage modifier for arrow storm isn't as huge as it seems since Rangers can stack so much AS damage from white wing set + big crossbow, the diminishing return means that every 1% you get to AS is less and less impactful. Reducing the cool down by 1 second, on the other hand, would increase your DPS by 31.25%.
Despite GX being my "main", I'm not at all interested in the GX hat because counterslash is such a janky skill that I just don't see any real way to redeem it other than turning it into an autocast (in which case, it just buffs crit builds really as a supplemental bonus -- you wouldn't be manually casting CS). I'm content to just take whatever and look forward instead to the alt headgear that will be more malleable to what the community actually wants.
Reading the back and forth regarding the Oni Horns in discord just kind of further reinforces to me that CS is fundamentally flawed as a skill for the purposes of convenience, flexibility, and... well... fun. Short of kRO increasing it's AOE to 5x5, I don't see it being a satisfying skill to use and will remain, IMO, as either a curiosity or something that gets incorporated into another build via autocast.

Atk + 20
Hit + 5
Adds a 4% chance of casting Level 1 Counter Slash on the user when performing or receiving a short-ranged attack, if a higher level of this skill is known, it will be cast instead.
If upgrade level is +9 or higher,
Increases the damage of Counter Slash by 15% per level of Weapon Blocking known.
Very Normal Hat
Atk + 10%
Matk + 10%
Increases long-ranged damage by 10%.
Increases magical damage on Small, Medium and Large size targets by 10%.
If upgrade level is +9 or higher,
Reduces the cast delay of skills by 15%.
Focus Beret
Adds a 100% chance of buffing the user for 1 second when using Knuckle Arrow or Sky Blow; Reduces the cast delay of skills by 100%.
If upgrade level is +9 or higher,
Increases the damage of Knuckle Arrow and Sky Blow by 20%.
Divine Guard Hat
Adds a 100% chance of casting Level 1 Genesis Ray on the target when using Pinpoint Attack, if a higher level of this skill is known, it will be cast instead.
If upgrade level is +9 or higher,
Increases the damage of Genesis Ray by 20%.
Black Ribbon
Atk + 2 for every 5 base Str.
Reduces the cooldown of Wind Cutter by 1.8 seconds.
