Hi . I know this topic is old but why cant i top up kafar point using steam wallet. When i click the summit button . It keep refreshing the page .this problem can be found in an old topic long ago, since 2013 i guess. Why is this prob still exsist and how to fix. Thanks

Hello,

Try to relaunch Steam client, and make sure Steam is up to date, see if that resolves the issue.

i try . but the problem still there , the page just reload

Please make sure you are clicking Check Out and not Submit.

You may also try to use a standalone browser instead of Steam's. Simply Copy-Paste the Kafra purchase URL from Steam browser to Chrome/Firefox, you will need to pre-login your Steam account on the browser before doing so though.

kaynzz, screenshot the page of purchase just before you Check Out. When done, upload the image to any image host service such as Imgur, send that to me in private please.

So my problem has been fixed. Its all because of the currency of my steam wallet .I send a ticket and they help me , i suggest anyone with this prob do so . Thanks guy
