So you read that it gives 100% defense bypass to everything, 20% aspd, and as of now 100% fixed cast time reduction...

 

... and are curious why any class other than a sura would want that? 

 

hint: you don't need to be a sura to get those benefits.

Not everyone can afford Fenrir card. Not everyone has an AB buff slave to constantly buff Sacra. I think we should leave this headgear the way it is. Empathy is a core elementary fundamental in humanity. Thus everyone deserves to enjoy this headgear.

We never buff trash-WoE classes, so to be fair, I don’t see a real reason why we need to specifically buff Sura in PvM. But yes I agree that they should return Enforcer’s original effects.

I also tested a +10 Devil's Hand on Sakray and the cool down of Lion's Howl is not working. Current description is incorrect. Correct description should have been. I think there may have been a loss in translation somewhere when WP made the request from headquarter. WP -> Gravity KR -> GungHo -> back Gravity KR -> back to WP.

Aspd + 10%
Reduces the fixed casting time of Lion's Howl by 100%.
The users casting cannot be interrupted outside of WoE.
Increases the damage of Lion's Howl by 20%.
If upgrade level is +7 or higher,
Additional Aspd + 5%
Increases the damage of Lion's Howl by an additional 30%.
If upgrade level is +9 or higher,
Additional Aspd + 5%
Increases the damage of Lion's Howl by an additional 50%.
If upgrade level is +10 or higher,
Reduces the variable casting time of Lion's Howl, Mental Strength, Summon Spirit Sphere and Zen by 50%, if Lightning Ride is at maximum level.
Bypass 100% of hard defense of normal monsters, boss monsters and players when performing a physical attack.
Reduces the cooldown of Lion's Howl by 9.5 seconds, if Earth Shaker is at maximum level.
Increases physical damage on boss monsters by 50%, if Rampage Blast is at maximum level.

Still not that fun when you have to auto procs Sphere, use an alt to Bestow spheres or even having to cast Zen manually x5 times using Chen Card. All that work just to cast a skill that is not even that strong even with the Devil's Hand.

Good idea, if you overbuff Sura, everyone is going to play as Sura, since Sura is Sura counter and can counter Dorams, we can have a balanced game

Cooldown reduction worked jsut fine, did you not max out earth shaker? I tested yesterday and the only broken thing for the hat was it was -100% fixed cast time on everything.

Yo yo yo, don't mess with the devils hand, finally I've been waiting for some good sura gear...But hmmm, I don't think it will beat my +14 OBS with ME 7, insta absorb and zen, cast is already fast..

 

But still good to have this headgear, will experiment on it...

 

Devils hand for sura only, yeah and keep that 100% FCT reduction as its supposed to be....don't get influenced by sura crime here jajajaja

Everyone gets 20% aspd , 100% def ignore, -100% FCT without spending any stats or skills while

 

Sura gets damage increase to their skills with a lot of other pre req skills.
