I think it's because you won't need to use temporal dex to reduce FCT for Sura/DB RK, so you are free to use sleipnir (+25 int, hp/sp boost, permanent movement speed buff).

Didn't the restrict Valk Drop FCT to AB class only as it was an AB gear, eventhough everyone could equip it. Will they do the same for this?

But even if they restrict it to sura only, -100% FCT for a specific class seems unfair.

I propose it shall be open to everyone!

If you 'nerf' it to 50% and keep it to sura then I don't think people (or myself) will complain. But if you give 100% to sura while other classes still have to worry about FCT, i think PvM, Woe and PvP will not be happy.

Sorry Yama boi. Let’s pretend For a second that Sura would executively get 100% FCT, I’m willing to bet that most people still would not instantly jump to play Sura. GX and Gen would still be way stronger than Sura with 100% FCT. I think it is safe to say everyone PvM Sura player we see, we expect to see 100 GX mains and 150 Gens. That’s how weak PvM Sura is. You can forgot about WoE and PvP. Having 100% FCT won’t buff Sura much.

Though I’m not saying we should buff Sura in PvM and make this headgear Sura executive. Sura is a WoE class. And if WP doesn’t improve WoE rewards, well too bad lol

since OCP is pretty OP, can't we have lower headgear with 100% cooldown reduction, after casting delay reduction, and casting deduction ?? oh dun forget to put  ALL STAT +100 and MATK & ATK +200% with 4 slots

A sura who can spam lion's howling will be a very formidable PVM class tbh. I'd be tempted to play it, if only to break up the cart cannon monotony. 

 

It'll also be lazy as hell since you don't have to target an enemy, and unlike a GX who has to at least position the 5x5 rolling cutter, this one is 15x15 and so basically hits the majority of the screen. 

 

It'll make leveling a sura a complete joke, as if it wasn't already with tiger cannon.

Whatever happens, this game only focuses on GENETIC and GX.

Based on OCP and all. update for genetic/gx = 1st all other characters = a meme

 

this is not bad tho we gonna become pro using other chars since it doesn't DEPEND on what this game sells for a living.

Don’t really PvM often. Most of the time I just do it to make videos. Anywaysssss I don’t know about Sura and GX but my commo sense tells me that people tend to maximize the efficiency by playing the most powerful cass(es). No? D:<

Yes, tried everything but the issue persist, when putting points on guillotine fist or acid bomb and then confirming, the points are not used.
