Perfect Hit% is a chance% to ignore accuracy check... you can have minimal HIT and hit AGI UP stuff through Perfect Hit

Works for both skills and autoattacks, not sure about ranged hits and pneuma

Even with two accessories, you only get 40% true hits. I think it’s still very low. Why not just play classes that bypass Flee?

phreeoni card and wing combo is written as +50 perfect hit

assuming that this 50 becomes your “base” perfect hit
50 x 1.2 = 60
so you get 10 bonus perfect hit from this accessory.

With 2 Verus things and Phreeoni combo you should be able to land 90% of your hits regardless of accuracy

I actually thought perfect hit was 5% base, since you always had a 5% chance to hit. Btw phreeoni combo is bugged, it doesn't give perfect hit, it just gives a -_- tonne of actual hit.

We need to keep pestering Campitor to create self workaround combo fixes / requesting it from kRO

The item is semi-rare, it will be way less cheaper. Right now there's one at 950m in ragial and it will decrease over time.

It will be around 500mish due to rarity I think. Like I said, lacking spends in iRO is the last concern.
