Is this normal or am I getting banned?

Did Canada join Europe? 
If your account wasnt created in Europe, then i would send in a ticket if i were you.
You can check, by going to this page: https://www.warpport...nt/payment.aspx Log in, if you can access it your account would probably be ok / if you get the page saying you are not allowed to access it.. you most likely going to get banned.

You might want to send the ticketnumber also to Campitor or something.. just to be safe ..
