I was send a ticket for someone KSing me on purpose even I was warning him.

but the ticket system seems erroe all the time, I thought they disable this kind of ticket and I found this topic.

it maybe little late comment on this thread, but I just playing this game for a month after quiting for 3 years.

 

So the easy solution to KSer is to KS them back, I see..LoL

For the error on support page, see the following.
 

To send a ticket please try the following:

• Try the usual Power UP error guidelines here.
• Send a ticket with or without logging into a support account. You may refer to how to send a ticket guide for support account registration [link].
• Ensure the ticket content/attachment are not too big. Some users were able to send a ticket when limiting their ticket content to 200 letters or less

If the issue persists, contact Xealot [link] on forums with the details.
