So someone already tested on Sura with end gear? Saw someone in the NCT dealing 60k per HL but it’s way too low if you put side to side with other classes lol, I think it’s possible to hit at least 100k per HL but that’s it

That was me, its faster in terms of dps and I could get 4mins and under per big bell turn in (I think I prefer it over FC). With leveling gear it is not bad but for end-game it doesnt really shine too well. The most I could get out of it was 250k per tick on Amdarias

it funny when ppl  kick  that item around 1b zeny

to me  it should be around 90m-200m range(enough price for sura class exclusive item). 

 

i dunno if that item work on SC after copying (actually it can ). 

rampage blast(item effect: bypass def 100%) & earth shaker(+50% boss damage).

Is it a good leveling hat? Only ~140+ if you can deal with 120sp per cast and can dps faster than FC. 

 

Keep in mind, you have to +10 the headgear to utilize it.

 

Edit: The 50% physical damage to boss is what is REALLY interesting though.

I opened more than 80 boxes and didn't even get a single Devil's Hand. I ended up buying it for a pretty hefty fee. They sell like hotcakes as I'm told.

 

It's a one hit wonder in PVM and a pretty sweet headgear for MVP. I use Lion's Howl to two hit the MVP to keep them on their tracks when being chased then Gates of Hell using the last 5 remaining Spheres. Per the video below, I never run out of SP using the Evil Dragon Armor.

I based it off of leveling at lower levels, not as a max level. Of course it is amazing above 150 but again, I don't agree with the price above 5b excluding variants on +10ing. Don't get me wrong is great for MvP but I'm speaking of it in as a leveling usage.

Ahh, this is cool; I got alot of memories trying the build back in late 2015... I would have liked using it as a leveling skill back then. When I had used it it hit for 6-8k a hit; just hated the cast time in comparison to CC.

I believe it is a glitch. When base levels up, the old function of head gear kicks in and 100% fct happens but if you log off and log on it goes away.

How to increase the damage of Lion Howl? Mine is only doing 30k+...at NCT :s with 2 peco egg card carga mace

I use just Lion's Howl and GoH. x3 GoHs is better than one Rampage blast anyway unless you go pure rampage build using true chen cards which can be expensive since it's a class specific build. I share my gears among my heroes so no true chens for me.

I do about 80k howling lion in nct then use lightning ride for the rest

I think you're better off using Flash combo to farm bio5, or Lightning Ride with bio5 Headgear.

Lion's Howl is much faster since you don't have to aim. Sura is not that great for bio5. You're better off with a GX, Gene, Doran or RK.

How about GoH with +50% dmg with this hat?
