Submit a ticket at the WarpPortal Support Center. You should attach any evidence of the illegal activity, such as screen captures and conversation transcripts, to the ticket. (To save a conversation transcript, enter the command /savechat.)

In the future, you should either use a mutually-trusted third-party to conduct the trade, or convert your surplus zeny into items.
