Been looking at what enchants I could put on my costumes and I ended up finding those on the wiki.

 

When checking Ragial though, search comes up negative as if they have never been sold.

 

They seem to come from box 5 and box 6. Are they somehow bound to character/account while the other stones are not?

 

Or simply not vendable? Would love to know before I start throwing costumes at the cat for some boxes

never seen one. it is indeed written on the costume box description

They do not seem to appear on your lists from what I saw. Would explain a few things.
