I send the ticket to support team. But the reply from staff is extremely bad answer. I checked already
My IP was blocked. Why? I just test my character build 5 day ago. It's normally situation. And now can't login
always shown "Failed to connect sever"

Hello,
Sakray seems to be offline right now.
Usually it is on when testing major updates to main servers, it can be taken down any time without prior notice.
