Boss Egnigem and Amon Ra boots will take top slot for GX later down the line, which means they would need PDM etc to cover the bypass, or Devil's Hand.

 

doesn't change the fact GX could get another shot of imbaness if they unnerf Enforcer.

It doesn't make that much difference though :I, a GX is still likely to run a PDM on their right slot even with 100% bypass enforcers, the stats alone make it good :I

Hmm do they have an order of the OCP items that will be reviewed? If this is the path WP is taking, may as well take advantage of it, rather than complaining. Better be opportunistic and forward-thinking, than stubborn and stuck in the past.

This is true. Enforcer shoes with 100% bypass will not replace PDM that easily, the stats that the accessory gives(plus the bypass of course), makes it BiS. Not everything is about damage.

Like I said before, buffing enforcer shoes bypass effect will give more options to build with and not replace the current meta items.
