yeah mine too i think its really too slow money paid, payment gate way confirmation successful and receipt send. This is the third day we wait like that ........................what took them so long...

the thing that most upset me that the fact they dont care for the people that support the game and the company.
much things can have problems and have long time to solve, but not the thing that help to pay the bills lol

It's frustrating really, this is the first time in months I paid for something to support the game but it looks like they didn't expect the issue to affect this payment channel. I just hope they can tell us what to do like if we should contact PayEasy/Dragon Pay to get a refund or wait for their feedback but it's Saturday in PST so I'm not sure if there is anyone that can help us.

I think u should tell devs to extend week-based events for this week @VModCinnamon :/ its almost half the week gone for enrich and its not like enrich can be mined off in-game monsters FYI

Last I been told that the team are working on the issue.
More info may be available on Monday (server time). Please be patient, I promise to keep you all updated whenever it's possible.
I cannot comment on the extension of events, but personally speaking, it would be fair to extend them.

I'd advise to wait for an official follow up before testing buying WPE at this point.
