Kindly be informed, today is memorial day in the US (holiday). If anything, we may need to wait till office official hours to get this issue properly addressed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Note that, payment issues are normally addressed during week days/office hours, however, game related tickets can be addressed throughout the week.

If WP can't credit this to our accounts at least give us a -_- refund. After I get that refund I'll be joining our EU friends and gtfo of here.

So not even a official announcement about the issue, possible date we receive the wp, this starting to look so dumb, i cant imagine a company take that time to correct their PAYMENT system, well thinking, they are getting the money, only we are being harmed, so who cares right? If they did not receive the money either, it would have been resolved on Thursday, for sure....

I appreciate you looking into this and keeping us updated but half the day has already gone by and still no official response even from Campitor.
Why do I feel that they are not treating this with urgency? this is a serious problem that needs to be fixed ASAP.
Un-_-ingbeleivable. Up to now I have no response from the ticket I submitted.

The assigned staff are in and looking into it. I'd appreciate giving them a bit of time to look into the issue.
Campitor is not in the office today though.

The problem is from thursday-friday, today is Tuesday half day gone, how much time they need to look into the logs from payment server and see who is not credited.
Side note: they dont disable the scam page, i mean WP power-up page. Cause money goining to the bank right.... And dont really care if more people are not creditted

Yeah, why didn't WP disable the payment method for the affected payment channels if this is a "known" issue?

Send support ticket and wait for it. This thread isn't going to get ur WPE back. They need traces/receipts/evidences of purchases made so they can give the WPE accordingly.
They finally gave a reasonable response to my ticket, so I suggest everyone do the same and wait.
Now all we can do is ask them to extend the events to another week to be fair to us.
