Is this your first time using PayPal? If yes, the account may require verification for that payment type.

Nope, been using it since I started playing this game. Just diverted through PayEasy cause it's much cheaper.

 

On topic, it is somewhat similar. The whole process will push through up to payment successfully paid in Paypal page. Then it will succeed, though it seems nothing happened as it won't register on both WP and Paypal. It is as if nothing has transpired, but I'm not gonna try again just to test it out and get frustrated again.

 

I hope you can take note of this incident.

Seems one of my friends still has this problem, she was unable to get the WPE she bought with Paypal. Enriched Event is going away soon, and this is worrisome. I thought the issue was fixed since last maintenance, not sure if this issue only happens with her, or with many other ppls.

yes can we get a confirmation there is no problem if we use pay pal i dun wan to wait 7 days again for the point to be in my account after i paid. any friend from asia here can share what the payment method u use and is the issue still exist ???? thanks

Unfortunately, the PayPal issue is also under investigation.

If possible, I'd suggest looking for other payment methods such as GoCash. There are notable websites that sell the cards (global) if you can't buy them locally.

Thanks VmodCinnamon, i will try it just that worried it happens again... othre than Gocash any other that is safe and no issue?

I just tried again and got the same issue with paypal too

 

Please take note

+this is not my first payment

+chrome and internet explorer didnt work

+on warpportal payment page purchased wpe but nothing 

,still 0, no error message

+on paypal page confirmed to purchase but got nothing,

no transaction

+on my mail no receipt that sent from paypal

+on my bank account  got 2 transaction

witdraw and deposit so balance is 0
