Chaos is currently undergoing emergency maintenance for an undetermined amount of time.
Logins are down for both servers right now so Thor is also inaccessible.
We'll be rolling Chaos back to 2:00PM PDT.
Once the server's back up, we'll have a 100% drops event for Chaos/Thor and any points spent from 2:00PM - 4:10PM on Chaos will be returned.
Update 5:50 PM:
Current ETA is 20-30 minutes. We have applied several updates and a supposed fix for the OS error. Should this happen again we are preparing plans for replacement hardware (only if needed)
Update 6:30PM
On testing the OS crashed again. We are migrating to new hardware. Will post when we have a new ETA.
Update 11pm
Here is whats going on
IT restarted everything from the ground up. They made some changes. They want to reopen with the current hardware because they think they caught it. If the server is stable then were good. If not then the game will be down for another 8 hours which is the minimum time to prepare the other server.
Regardless of what happens they will still prepare the other database right now so that if we do crash we have less time to wait while its getting ready.
Either way I will be here are a little while watching the game like a hawk for issues. Currently we are looking at doing a 4 day free VIP weekend next week, Increasing the monster token drop rate, and lastly give a day of VIP to every active VIP member. All of which will happen next week when we have staff available to implement it.

Okay! So good news we had some success bringing the new database hardware up. I am updating the servers right now and hope to have everything up by 3-3:30am
