how can i get back the cards i lost?

 

Hey there,

If you obtained the items during the non saving period of the server then, sadly, there is no way to restore them.

 

Am I the only one lost my ID prior to this maintenance?

Hey Camp,

 

Will this affect WP bought via Dragon Pay today? because they don't process transactions until end of day unlike other payment methods where you instantly get WP.

 

As expected, the WP Energy I bought today was not credited on my WP account but I received an email confirmation from PayEasy/DragonPay that the transaction was successful. Can someone please confirm if this has something to do with today's issue?

I'm interesting to know about compensation.

 

free VIP weekend sound nice but (will happen when exp event ends?, so then that's an useless compensation if that's the case).

 

At moment I only see 100% drop event and that doesn't "compensate me" because I'm focusing on leveling and I can't do both.

 

I read some people are having issue to buy WPE. I would like to know if this a global issue because I wanna spend on OCP I really hate wait that much, I already waited like 15+ hrs to play and I don't wanna have to wait to buy WPE (not sure about this issue I just read some post here about people complaining they didn't get their WPE).

 

I would really appreciate Campitor or Magus share that because the actual compensation you have at the beginning sound crappy (with no offense).
