this is the 2nd time. 

i succeed to slot enchant(10% chance) my 1pcs ice pick (15m zeny weapon) 

after the roll back it back to normal then it fail when I try to slot it.

VModCinnamon, you can't help it. A rollback is always painful if someone plays during the given time. And considering people being very very sensitive now due to the recent happenings, they have a higher chance to react hostile to anything "suspicious".

2 hours of grind for nothing... it really sucks the energy out of you. At least I can get all the used bmx3 back. Would really appreciate if the players that lost levels due to this rollback all receive a bmx5 for 15 minutes or something... Hopefully this doesn't happen again, especially during the enrich hammer event! My heart can't take it if I have to +10 all my items all over again

We always have issues with the server, I can not understand how the game has so much problems atm, we all pay good money to Warp Portal for kara points and Vip we should not be having all the trouble, Shame on Warp Portal for not caring about the players

You either like the game or your don't. The team working on this server works hard to bring you enjoyable game-play and they even compensate you for any errors...which i'd imagine aren't always a walk in the park.
Regardless, for any new players with doubts...I've been playing on and off since 2002, have tried many other mmorpg's and always end up back with iRO.

rollback usually aint great, but honestly in 4 years ive only seen 2x a rollback and i was never actually affected negatively by it in the end (sorry to those who are)

 

you will get over the pain of lost time eventually WP really does try thier best sometime but not always, who seriously try thier best always haha

I'm sorry, but i dont think rollback is the Solution please think about... you will rollback and all the players like me spendid all day Upping, buying the WP to upgrade my EQUIPS... put many Equips +9 and +10 Up chars to  170 and 171 an more...

 

i didn't go to work today to play and you will Rollback, i will lost my Money, my time, my equips +9 and +10, and my UP. so please just think, is that fair? 

 

I know you're working hard just thonk about it please..........

i'm sorry, but i have to dissagre on the things some people are saying.. stuff happens on games, deal with it guys, i've lost a lot of money on the almost 5 years i've played this game, but i still play because it's still awesome for me.. and what thederrp says is sooooo true. this guys work REALLY HARD, if you dont appreciate that then, well, too bad.. that's just really sad.. you decide what to do with your time, but please dont waste it belittling other's hard work, kudos to all the people working here.. that's the only thing i can say.. cant even do something nice for them because i live in another country and i currently have like 0 dollars hahah, if not i would honestly send some cookies or something nice to Camp and the others.. sadly i dont live in the us nor do i have the money
