I just made a new character, a Thief. Every time I try to click the start button, it asks me if I want to skip the tutorials. Clicking no plays the opening cinematic, then drops me back at character selection. Clicking yes just closes the text box.

Hello! Can you try some of the suggested quick fixes here? Though I think that most likely you will need to download the pre-patched game. Can you also post back here and let us know what worked for you?
