Fadreus, I have split and created a new topic about the issue considering that other users have reported experiencing the same.

At the moment, I have no info about the error or why it is happening. Will check with the staff as soon as they are available and report back with updates.

 

From the profile, you are geographically located in Malaysia correct?

Isn't that the error for EU accounts trying to log in? i have 1 EU based account i made during a vacation time for vending and it reads that error when i try to log in.

 

GL tho if its not ill keep watching here to see if i can fix my vending account haha.

 

 

Reasoning behind me thinking its a EU thing is because all of my US based accounts work fine but my one EU vending account i made while visiting fam reads that error.

Hi. I'm neither EU registered nor connecting from EU. My other accounts are available except this one. All game accounts are under the same E-mail address. I checked my game accounts on the official Warpportal website and found this account disappeared, entirely.

This will be properly addressed next week, hopefully by Monday. It requires certain privileges to look into the affected game IDs, as it cannot be done during the weekend.

 

We'd appreciate your understanding on the matter.

but as for viewing my ticket i cant even view it because i cant log in to support

I respect your work and consider it hard. But this problem did not appear yesterday. I'm write ticket may 25 after maintenance not may 27-28 and recieved no reply. It's work just make my to sad.
I hope you extend Enrich Hammer and 350 Exp event again one week becase we also want our piece of cake.

Forgive me for my rudeness. But I think it's time to do your job or give a clear answer when the problem is resolved. Guys seriously this is not funny. When the account is unlocked? Can I give a clear answer if you can solve this problem or can not?

Hello dear Cinnamon!
I got a response from Xealot and he me not satisfied. In response States that region account was defined as Europe and therefore account was blocked. My account was created through Steam and region out there always was determined and is defined in now as the Russian Federation.
What will be solutions of this problem?
