same here. some of my accounts works, and only one doesnt. he is "abroad brother" for another two? im just feeling sadness, because i lost so much zeny there (10+ enriched boxes) and i cant refine, cant play...

The same situation. No answer from Xealot. Main account lost. 0 reaction from the stuff. Email tickets without any answers. So sad...

As of this moment, there is still no update regarding the situation with the account block.

Users getting the error message on their accounts are asked to send in a ticket and PM Xealot on forums, from there the issue will be noted for further review.

 

This is a delicate situation as it cannot be resolved within days. If you are not getting any response at all then first make sure that you have received a confirmation in email of your ticket. If there is no such email then the ticket was never sent in the first place. If you have done all of that and there is absolutely no response to your tickets then PM me your ticket number to double check with the staff.

i am burning from anger 2 weeks no RO because the gm doing slow work as if this issue not a big one but small one
we player have to wait and lose all these events

Thaks you for answer. But I want to know what is the difficulty of restoring the account?
If you want, a detailed description of the technical process. It is possible in my PM.
Because at the moment I see this situation that: the database administrator is not able to write two lines of code. And it's not funny.
WP provides paid services and for this fee there should be given at least detal explanations.

Upd1:
At the moment I'm seeing the situation like this:
1) You have created a program for determining regions and locks defined as EU.
2) On May 24, you installed this program as an extension to your system.
3) The program has blocked accounts that have identified as EU.
4) It turned out that the program works with errors and wrong defines the regions.
5) Your specialists try to unlock our accounts, but the new expansion automatically blocks them again.
6) You do not want to disable this extension as it will allow EU players to play freely again.
7) At this point, you do not know how to bypass the lock that is installed by your extension without disconnecting it.

I'm right?

So! There is a 3 week account block.
There is no answer from the administration. Rates lost, Enrich hammer lost and now I miss the mad banny event.
Main account lost. 6к kafrapoint block with this account.
For a person actively investing their money in the game, such actions are felt as an insult.

please wp work faster i want play more than 2 weeks no RO.
or atleast give me my items in my main acc i pay for thim just to got blocked this is so unfair .
this is takeing too long and no answer yet.

I created a ticket with a request to transfer my RK from a blocked account to an available account. Posted in PM Campitor but he does not read the message. I would like to receive an answer: is such a transition possible?

For tickets issues the staff to contact forums wise is Xealot, Campitor is more occupied with RO1 production matters so it may take him time to respond to PMs in that regards.

As far as I know, moving things from a suspended/blocked account is not possible. There may be really special cases though, I'd ask that you wait for a response to the request.

hi, so, it was fixed or not? i mean issue, from which many ppl suffer, ppl who spent a lot of money here and now was kicked to the side for nothing.

how about to help us? or we should make petition and try to ask KRO admins? [Porings]

yes im currently on Indonesia, and never use EU vpn to register. Still no further information for our account has MSI_REFUSE_EMAIL_NOT_CONFIRMED error?

 

same i'm from indonsia region but have that problem too, and now i even cant make the new account for RO1

the problem Is not relate with the browser or antvirus, because i already tried with the fresh new installed Google Chrome and Mozila Firefox but its nothing, the antivirus is off. it still have the same issue. that account can make another warp portal game but sadly cant make the RO1. my friend has the same problem. we're on different city.
btw i suggest you should try to make a new warppotal account with the fresh email and try to make a new RO 1 account. you will see the problems

Try making another game account first like Rose, then make RO 1? I heard it worked before

If you are having this issue, please PM Xealot with any ticket numbers you have regarding your account issue.

If you have been waiting for a response from him for an extended time, I would suggest bumping the PM with a new message asking for an update.
