If you are having this issue, please PM Xealot with any ticket numbers you have regarding your account issue.

If you have been waiting for a response from him for an extended time, I would suggest bumping the PM with a new message asking for an update.

 

im pretty sure we did everything ppl said....

 

and still, no further response...

Can anyone answer why my account in RO ghosted from WP list?

I had 1 username for 2 diff games, now it's only RO2,...

The second RO username still fine, but the first RO username is gone?
Did the staff delete my account? It says "MSI_REFUSE_EMAIL_NOT_CONFIRMED" when I try to relogin after probably months or maybe a year from inactivity.

On May 24, my account was blocked. As explained by experts: my account was assigned to EU accounts. A month went by trying to get through to the administration and pushing for something.

It's the 9th of July. I was asked to create a new account from scratch, to check my region. I fulfilled all the requirements, but the result is zero.

Recently I learned that Xealot is trying to convince some managers of WP that the error occurred and mine, as well as other, incorrectly recognized accounts need to be unlocked.
And these people do not give a positive decision on this issue. I'm extremely interested in who these people are. What they want. I would like to personally communicate with this "higher" leadership and listen to their arguments in this matter.

That's right. Apparently management believes that the loss of several dozen players is a justified risk.
And I would like to hear it from management: "Yes, guys, we blocked you .Yes, you're innocent. Yes, we will not remove your block"

I always returned to Ragnarok to rest my soul from real life. With her frequent mud, stupid people who consider their decisions to be the only correct ones. With the effort to prove to these people that they are wrong. I myself am a technical support specialist, I see so many violations of the SLA, that it is not even worth mentioning SLA. Blocking users is the most extreme case of technical support specialists and each account is investigated separately. In my organization, unlawful locking of a user has one of the highest priorities. On an equal footing with the stopping of the service and solved in the shortest time. You can be picked up in the middle of the night because the user is trying to access and can not, and tomorrow he has an important project protection. Ragnarok is not about protecting projects. But this does not mean that the attitude to people on the part of technical support and management should be so.

I got replies less than 5 days from @Xealot, I hope anyone would getting their problem solved too and any kind of mistake can be prevented from the future

I can log in to my account now that is recently blocked does it mean my account is fixed already? does it mean it is not my mistake and its WP mistake?

To be safe, get a confirmation from Xealot assuming that you have contacted him from before. And that's good to hear!

Yesterday I got messages but I just checking it by today from @Xealot.

Got investigation status for my ID and now it's done & unlocked.

I hope anyone got their investigation solved soon too.

Users getting MSI_REFUSE_EMAIL_NOT_CONFIRMED_(10) when logging to their game IDs, please send a support ticket to the appropriate department, make sure to include the error message and the affected ID detail, when done with that PM Krexus [link] and Xanubis [link] on forums your ticket number.
