I've never played iRO before, I just played some private servers and stuff. I want to start playing but I don't know which class would be the best for a new player that needs to make money and gear up. Can you guys help me out ?

well because you dont have main alt you need to use real money to reach level 110 to last level. 

thief>assassin>GX class

enforcer shoes. 

 

use ragial.com to  see all item prices 

and vend cashop items(merchant level 10)

$5 = 500wp→ 500kp worth cashop items = 250m zeny. 

purchase  heavylifter "box"(not coupon) (500kp) vend for 200m in prontera...wait 10mins

if you have question on class farming and job change per class use: iro wiki and YouTube.

Thank you! I do want to put some real money to speed up my progress, but how can I make money after that ? About the GX, which build would be better for someone that don't have that much to invest ? DD, DD Crit, Katar crit...

RC (rolling cutter)  GX is your best bet atm... doing DD build early on is not a good idea, Especially if you're not planning to use real moolah~

If you got some credit card backing, it may be better off to play the market than to farm. 

You need to level up and max your Charisma to take advantage of people's ignorance.

 

Use ragial and market knowledge to low ball and sell high.

 

Farming will likely yeild a 20-30m a day, but playing the market will often yield several hundred millions a day.  Though it comes with a risk of course.
