Is it better to change at lvl 99 @ 0.00% or lvl 99 @ 99.99%? Or does it not matter?

best to change it to Homun S at lvl 99...

 

but if you don't care about your Homun stat and only want the buff, you can continue leveling it beyond 99 until your base homun is Loyal.

But I meant to ask if it's best to change it as soon as homun turns lvl99, or when it's close to level up to 100? I will be changing at lvl 99 for sure, just curious if it's best to change at 0% or 99%. Believe 99% is better since faster aspd on Homun (normal) compared to new Homun S?

it doesn't matter as long as it is 99 to get the highest probability of attaining full stat at 150.

 

99-0% = slow aspd, a week may pass before it turns into lv100

99-99% = slow aspd, minutes will pass towards lv100

Doesn't matter if 0% or 99% cos you still need to grind your homun s ><~

Change it at lvl 99 with Loyal Status and Final Skill Acquired.

 

These Pokemons Homunculus will be strenghtened heavily in the upcoming patch, so you better get everything well-prepared for the time being.

You have the right idea. I always changed my homuns at 99 and 99.9%. If the owner isn't 3rd class yet, go for 99 and 5.7% (5.7m) so 101 will be within easy reach.

i change all my dieters at 109 for faster lvling, the status doesnt matter that much
