Hello guys, as tittle says, I want to improve my MA GX.

 

These are my stats and gears:

 

Lvl 130/32

Str 90 | Agi 90 | Vit 50 | Int 1 | Dex 60 | Luk 90

 

+9 Vana

Mobscarf set

Orleans Gown w/ Porcellio

+9 Immune HBP

+7 Enforcer Shoes

PDM clean

Teleport Silversmith

+9 Holy C.Katar (with trash cards, bought it cheap) is the only weapon I have.

I dont have any shadow set or costume (just the shadow gear from the bugs).

 

About gear, I dont expect to get instacast for MA to soon, so I'll stick with OG for now. Probably will buy a Gold Scaraba for my PDM to help with damage. Also, I need more weapons, but zeny is a problem. I have like ~1b to spend, and Idk what should be my priorities. I already have some %race/element/size in storage, but I dont want to put it in the wrong weapon.

And this is why I need your help, what should I buy to improve my damage with the zeny I have?

 

 

Another thing is that Idk good places to lvl. High TI is awesome, but I cant handle some monsters, so I cant rely on it to lvl. Was thinking on Scaraba, or maybe bounty farm in Biolab. Or is there a better place to go? Maybe an instance?

 

I'm very noob at end-game content, I apreciate if you guys could help me figure what to do next, both to improve damage and places to level/farm. Take in consideration that I play most solo or dual client with AB (lvl112) slave.

I see a lot of people go quad race offhand (or size, whatever) and then triple malicious twin edge in the main hand. That gives you enough sustain to level and a decent amount of damage. Honestly between the two of those you should be good to go for leveling anywhere, I'd probably grab quad pecopeco egg for NCT, quad boned for bio4, quad insecticide for scaraba and you're ready to go. (are scaraba medium? if so don't even need quad insect). 

 

I like enforcer cape for MA builds just for the hp and cast delay reduction, could probably get new wave glasses if you don't have them already but kind of unnecessary for the current price. I'd say the enforcer cape (or you could just go with hbp if you don't mind the delay) would probably be enough. I think EDA is probably worth buying eventually once you get insta MA, otherwise spend the z on just weapons / +4 malicious set.

i would go with beans recommendations for equips. As far as leveling goes, stick with high TI as a puller and do scaraba while you are waiting for high TI groups..

Also, in prep for nct I would also try to get a happy flapping angel wing and maybe a love piece. You will want to trade out that orleans gown for a EDA for the HP leech.

If I had 1b, I would probably start with the weapon. Dual wielding is great, but it's not required at all until end game. You can just role a +9 malicious thanatos katar and stick with it. Believe me or not, it will do the job. It's better than crimson because the weapon itself leeches sp and hp. You should be fine doing Scarabas, just bring converters. But since you're using Vana without EDA (the armor alone is 1b +0  ), you may want to stack more leeching gears, like a blood sucker or malicious set (whatever cheapest).

 

Last but not least, Valkyrie drop should be your default accessory if you're not yet instant cast.

+7 Enforcer Shoe alone grant you insta-cast, so you don’t need Orlean’s Gown, return it to Orlean, maybe?

I use Deadly Nab’s Cloth for solo leveling, that’s what you could replace with the Gown. Get some FSs for your Nab’s, not too overgraded one.

+9 Nalicious Thanatos Katar really does the job, at least for me, it did. Back then I only had it and +9 Peerless Rideword Hat for leeching and I brought like 100 Aloe Leaflets jus in case leeching didn’t proc, blue herb/strawberries for SP.

And, I do Scaraba in Scaraba Hall (get a chance to fight the Queen there!) all the way until my level unlock NCT. Just don’t bother waiting party for HIGH TI, for me it’s judt waste of time. Also, don’t forget about Scaraba TI at El Discaster.

Atm, all you need is DEX. And you may try RC as a comparison, but it costs EDP.

FYI, back then I don’t even have Mob set, so your gears should be doing fine.

When you hit 140 level, do the quest and unlock Verus access and repeat its daily quest for like 9,000,000 EXP per day. You’d thank me later for Verus quest. And on your free time, you may try CL Instance for MVP training (if you not already know all this).

I'm doing the quests to unlock Scaraba and will stick with it up to lvl 140.

Probably will buy a Malicious Thanatos weapon for now, and try to grab a Malicious Set as well when possible.

I was thinking about Thanatos weapons. Doesnt DW a Thanatos dagger with quad carded MG in offhand gives more damage than Katar?

Also, Valkyrie drop gives 50% fc reduction, I'll still have a 0.15s cast. Isnt it bad? Especially with high ping (wich is my case)?

Yeah I need more DEX, tried High TI and I couldnt even hit the Angra Mantis

Lvl 135/33, leveling at Scarab Hole Level 2, dealing around 30k damage and I have some questions...

 

 

1) I was wondering if that I have too much DEX, what you guys think? AGI in GX MA it's to decrease Animation Delay, is that right? I'm a little insecure about my stats...

 

2) As you can see, I have some status points to apply, if I had PDM I'll get some LUK points, around 54... But I'm a litte confused.

 

3) And I have 1b to spend on gear, it's PDM a good choice? The problem is that had an increase in price to 1.4b, it's worth paying this price? How can I spend that zeny in a good way?

 

My english is a little rusty lol

You already have EDA and RWH, so you can afford to change your offhand to 2 size 2 element cards and still be able to leech effectively.

PDM is a very good investment, not just for GX. Go 90 or 108 luk for 95% or 110% Def Bypass if you ever buy one.

Keep in mind that 3 Luk = 1 Dex in terms of hit so you can lower your Dex accordingly. Ample hit is always good though.

Anyway, you’re going to reset after leveling, right? So, this build is fine.

I still not sure what Instance do we need Venom Impress, although it looks good with enchant poison.

Venom Impress is mainly used for Kimi, since with it + Enchant Poison, you will deal 150% dmg to her

You can use 3x peco2x egg card on rte. Then 2x SkelWorker and 2x HF on MainGauche[4]. Better keep your valknife clean atm.

In general I preffer Tengu set as it leeches HP as well.
