Just wondering if there is a preference on which mace I should buy. My attacks appear to miss the Angra Mantis in high TI. Is there something im missing?

Either you're lacking on hit rate or you're using wrong elemental mace

See how much hit needed to for hitting it at 100% rate, and also use maces / weapons with its opposite element to deal more damage here.

 

 

Same weapon element / skill element with targeted monster elements will always yields lesser to no damage, this rule applies to all elements except ghost (ghost weapon or skill will deal much more damage to ghost element monsters) / neutral (neutral weapon deal normal average damage to neutral element monsters)

Got it. Thanks peeps. It didn't occur me to check 100% hit. I've been gone for a few years. Time to boost that dex/luk!!

or just get +10 phreeoni wings if you want to go 120int 120str.
