Hi, I havent played RO for a long time and just get back to it recently. Can anyone share how to build Rebel please (skills and stat).

There are so many endgame rebel builds right now it's hard to give advice on such a question. Even I'm confused, and reset my rebel every time I can afford to do so

 

As a rebel, you'd want Round Trip early on even if it's not in your final build. It's such a powerful levelling tool, and paired with the attack bonus from Gatling Fever, it's sorta like a... steroid. If you're able to afford leech gear, like malicious gatling gun, rideword/vanagard headgear, and an Incubus pet, you're pretty much set until level 150, with just round trip doing the work.

 

For that build, I'd recommend Dex then Vit, then whatever you want.

 

The ASPD rebel is strong as well, hitting 193 attack speed with Hit Barrel quite easily. This is more consumable-dependent, though, even with leech weaponry and gear. Pistols are recommended for this, since you have the Desperado, Fallen Angel, and Fire Dance to fall on if mobbed. Maps with slow mobs are your stomping grounds. Naturally, Dex and Agi are pririoties, and if you want to crit, which is very pretty to watch, Luk as well. Vit is very tempting and some points should probably be invested into it, because Fire Dance and Desperado by its nature requires you to be in the middle of a mob to deal damage. It works for me, as an Agi-Crit rebel, but I have decent leech gear to begin with. A stun with my low HP pool normally spells disaster, though.

 

Then there's the shotgun/MVP hunter rebel. I don't know much about this build, but Slug Shot is the go-to, and you'll probably want as much damage as you can. I thought about a 120 Str 120 Dex build for this, utilizing a Tengu Set, Modified Temporal Str Boots, and a bunch of other items that give attack bonuses from high Str (and Dex). I don't know how this would level, maybe with Spread Shot... I have no familiarity with Rebel shotgun skills.

 

To level quite easily with whatever endgame build you plan on rockin', grab an early shotgun and go for Spread Shot as soon as you can. Once you have a few levels in it, go to Sunken Ship with a ton of flywings, SP and HP consumables, and holy ammo. Flywing in, Spread Shot, flywing out, pop your blues and heals, repeat, repeat, repeat. You'll get to the Eden Board Maneater Blossom Turn In in no time. Then, open the Brasilis Dungeon (simple quest, great XP) once you've hit level 71 from giving Eden maneaters, take the Piranha and Iara bounties, mob piranhas, and blast them with lightning ammo (purchasable at Rock Ridge tool dealer). This CAN get you to level 99, and I've found it's the easiest way to do so.
